A closer look.

The French Knights charge into battle! Play as the proud French – a Defensive civilization that focuses on formidable cavalry, great economy, technology and siege weapons. The French cavalry has a special Charge mechanics that allows it to gather momentum and deal extra damage in an area. Templar knights have extra Heavy Armor which can be replenished by Squires. Templars can also dismount when in trouble and attempt a one last heroic stand. Priests can bless allied units with a permanent bonus. Bombarde Cannons and Trebuchets provide huge potential for siege and Elite Crossbowmen and Halberdiers complete a strong and powerful army. • Play as the French in every Singleplayer and Multiplayer mode. • Unique Charge, Dismount and Heavy Armor mechanics. • 6 unique Challenges. • 20 buildings, 27 units. • 2 heroes: Jeanne d’Arc and Roland.
