To reach this dungeon, you must reach Lava Cave\. Upon reaching the entrance, a traveler NPC will arrive to the city to get you started on the new adventure\. If you've passed this point of the game, you must get back to the near start of Lava Cave until the message about arriving NPC triggers\. This is done due to the fact that the dungeon has been balanced around the Lava Cave level\.
