Investigating what seems to be a simple car crash, rookie cop Sonny Bonds uncovers a homicide\.  In  PURSUIT OF THE DEATH ANGEL , Bonds must track down murderous drug lord Jessie Bains before he strikes again\. The action moves to Los Angeles, where Detective John Carey must find the link between the murder of his partner and a string of mutilation murders\.
