You can do these exercises   without equipment   or   with bracelets of strength  , to intensify the muscular effort\.  You will perform   ground exercises   and   upright  , to work the muscles of the abdominals, thighs and glutes\. The exercises selected by your coach are simple and do not require special knowledge of fitness\.  The activities are   accessible to everyone  , including   seniors  , and everyone goes   at their own pace  \!
